Agreement
:
1.
Cash fee of $600 - at least half to
be paid when bitch arrives for breeding, and the remainder due before litter
registration papers are signed by stud owner.
A contract will be filled out and signed by both parties before breeding
occurs. There is an additional charge of $25 per trip to the airport to
pick up or drop off any bitches that are shipped to stud owner. Dayton
airport is preferred, but we can also use Cincinnati if needed.
2. Puppy fee as stated :
None.
3. Bitch must have :
a. Current
brucellosis test, current vaccinations (within twelve months), stool check
or recent deworming (within one month), and be free from external
parasites.
b.
Eyes cleared by a CERF certified canine ophthalmologist (within one year
prior to breeding).
c.
Hips X-rayed and OFA number, or PennHIP report or equivalent foreign hip
report.
d. AKC,
ASCA or equivalent foreign registration.
e. AKC
or ASCA DNA profile.

Copies of above shall be provided to stud owner before breeding occurs.
4.
If no pregnancy, a free return service will be given to the bitch on her
next heat cycle.
If no litter results after the second breeding, a refund on amount
paid will be issued. Two live
sellable puppies constitute a litter.
5.
The owner(s) of the stud reserve(s) the right to inspect the litter prior
to registration. In the event stud owners can not personally inpsect the
litter, pictures and/or video of the pups between 6 and 8 weeks of age should be
provided to stud owners by the time pups are 10 weeks old.
6. No puppies from this
breeding will be sold through a commercial pet center,
nor to
anyone intending to breed for commercial resale.
7. Any puppies from this
breeding not in accordance with the ASCA standard on color or
markings will be sold on a spay/neuter basis only or will be humanely
culled.
8.
In the event that the bitch must be boarded at Imagineer for more than 14
days, a boarding fee of $25 per week will be charged.
9.
Bitch owner must provide copies of bitch’s registration papers, OFA,
eye exam, pedigree and a picture of the bitch.
10.
Bitch owner must assure that bitch is kept confined from other male dogs
during heat cycle and is not bred with another dog.
11.
Stud owner assures that bitch will be kept confined during her stay and
not bred to any dog except the stud agreed to above.
12.
Bitch owner should notify stud owner within 72 hours of birth of puppies or
within one week of due date if no pregnancy occurs.
13.
Bitch owner agrees to provide stud owner with a complete list of buyers
and inform stud owner of any titles or health clearances from offspring that
result from this breeding.
